1cup--molaka pesalu[spourted moong,moleke hesaru kalu,payaru]
1no---chopped onion
1no---chopped tomato
3-4--chopped green chillis
1teasp--jeera
1teasp--chopped ginger
a few curry leaves
1/2teasp -chilli powder
a pinch of turmeric
1/2 teasp -garam masala
1/4cup --chopped kothimeera[coriyander,dhaniya patta,malliyela]
1.cook sprout in enough water and keep a side
2.heat oil in a pan add jeera ,curry leaves,then add onion fry for 2mins.
3.now add ginger,tomato fry till tomatos are soften
4.now add chilli powder,turmeric,green chillis fry for 2mins then add cooked dall mix well
5 add garam masala,kothimeera if you are not in dite you can add 1teasp butter now
when you are reddy to serve mix it once and serve hot with roties
[you like to add ginger garlic paste you can but that time remove chopped ginger from the recipe]
