Pakodis are a very good starters for any party they are very good in taste and we can make them instantly,there are many verietes of pakodis
INGREDIENTS:-
4cups--shreaded cabbage
3/4cup chick pea powder[senagapindi,besan]
1tebsp---rice flour
1tesp-green chilli and ginger paste
1tesp-coriender
1tesp-cuminseeds dry rost these 2ingredients and crush then 1tesp of this powder
1tebsp-melted ghee[clarified butter]
salt to taste
oil for frying
METHOD:-
1. Take cabbage in a bowl add salt and mash with hands a little and add green chilli and ginger paste. coriander and cumin powder and chick pea flour and rice flour ,1tebsp ghee sprinkl a little water [if you need] and make a hand batter.
2.heat oil in a pan that should be piping hot.
3.Drop the batter with your hand like a un shaped balls or like fitters
4.Fry them in a medium heat till golden brown.
5.Turn them with the help of a ladle fry all sides golden brown color
6.Remove from oil and keep them in a absorbent paper to remove extra oil
serve as a starter or as a evening snack

i am glad that u liked it rekha...yes normal rava which is used for upma is used in pinapple rava jamuns..and no need to add cooking soda......try and let me know how it came out...
