Stir fried chicken cooked[ wok called kadai in north india and pakistan] with whole spices in a tomato gravy and garnishe with dry fenugreek leaves.Ihave seen this recipe in some pakistani cooking show and i tryed it came well so...
hear i go with the recipe...
1/2 kg-chicken cut in to peaces
2medium-tomatos[cut in to long peaces]
1tesp-ginger garlic paste
1tebsp-coriander and cumin powder[1teasp coriander,1tespcumin dry rost in a pan and make a powder]
1no lemon cut in to rounds
1.clean and wash chicken peaces and marinate with apinch of salt,lemon juice,turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste,chilli powder and keep a side for 1/2 hour.
2.heat oil in a pan add sliced onion fry till onions become soft
3,now add chicken peaces mix one time and cover with lid and let it cook till chiken become tender.
4.stir once and add tomato, garam masala,salt to taste mix well and cover and cook for 10 minutes stir in between,
5.now add lemon rounds.coriander-cumin powder chopped coriender leaves mix well let it stir fry for 5 more minutes[dont add any water let them cook in there juiceses,cook in a very low flame stir fry in between] remove from fire and serve hot with naan or roti or rice
