Chicken – 1 kg
Palak – 4 cups chopped
Tomatoes – 2 medium chopped
Onion – 1 medium chopped
Lemon juice – 1 tab sp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 taps
Green challis – 4 cut in to 2 pieces
Salt to taste
Chili powder – 1 taps
Turmeric powder- -1/2 taps
Coriander powder – 1 taps
Garam masala – 1tesp
Whole garam masala:-
Cinnamon – 1 inch piece
Cardamom – 3
Clove – 4
Cumin – 1/2 taps
Coriander leaves – 1 tab sp chopped
Clean and wash chicken add half lemon juice and little salt and leave it for half an hour
Heat oil in a pan add whole garam masala then add chopped onion and fry till soft now add copped tomato and stir well for 2 minutes then add chicken stir once and add ginger garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder remaining lemon juice, salt to taste stir once cover and cook in a very low flame until chicken becomes tender that will take 10 – 15 minutes after that open lid and stir once and add chopped palak green challis, let palak, cook stir in between at the end
Add garam masala powder chopped coriander leaves cover and turn off heat and leave for 10 minutes
Serve with plain rice or roti or naan
