MUNAKKAYA JEEDIPAPPU MASALA KURA(DRUMSTICK IN CASHEW NUT GRAVY)

Cashew nuts are favorite nuts for every one. Me too a big fan of cashews especially when they are fried lightly and add to curries and payasam s. of course I control my self because of its fat (100 gms cashew nuts contains 43 gms of fat). But what to do some times I loose my control, especially when I see like this curry s with cashew paste. Hummm what to do….
This is a signature recipe from my mom (amma).when ever I make this recipe I feel that I don't get that taste what amma makes. Maybe that is a of my a secrete amma s hand.

2. Now add cashew and coconut paste mix well and add 1/2 cup water cook till drumstick s become soft .

3. Remove from heat and serve.

Serve with rice or roti and even a good combination for puri too
