Moti Pulao

Moti pulao means pearl pulao this pulao is a light one and a different recipe. When we get bored with normal paneer pulao this will be a change to your taste buds. Lighly fried paneer balls will look like peals in the flavord rice. I fried them in to light golden with a white shade. You can fry paneer balls in to dark golden color. Mothi pulao FOR MOTI'S :---
Paneer  ---  100 gms

chopped ginger, chopped garlic and fry for a while.
8. Add boiled green peas, fried paneer balls, cooked rice, salt to taste Mix well to combine everything. Take care that paneer balls should not broken.
Serve hot with any spicy gravy.
Take care when you add salt to this rice because we add salt in paneer mixture and rice also so check and adjust the salt.
