This is knoolkol, an excellent veggie for diabetics. it has an important component that can avoid the release of metal radicals in our body that causes lots of problems in a diabetic patient. Trust me, i am a diabetic and i ate this vegetable raw [own diagnosis] and within 3 months my sugar levels are in control. i am still doing reserch on this, but dont know how to go with. if any interestered, le t me know

ReplyDeleteIt is called Kohlrabi (german turnip) and tamil they call Nool kol! We use for soup and even in veg kurma.
