Chilli Garlic Oil

Today my recipe is a simple recipe but it enhances the taste and flavor. This is a dressing for olives in Tapas recipes. Not only with olives this taste great with feta cheese also. I tasted this flavored olives first in a Spanish restaurant in Australia. This you can use as a salad dressing, if you add a little vinegar and pepper powder this will turn in to Greek salad dressing. This is one of my favorite dressing, which I always make and store...

INGREDIENTS:--
Extra virgen olive oil   ----  200 ml
Garlic      -----   7 cloves + 3 cloves chopped
Fresh red chillies  ----  3  
Dry red chillies  ---  6
Mixed herbs  ---  1 tab sp
METHOD:---
Crush 7 cloves garlic and 3 fresh red chillies.
Now mix all the ingredients in a glass jar mix well and store it in clean dry place.
No need to keep it in the fridge.
You can use it from the next day...
