Ragi Murungakeerai dosai

My final recipe for this week with Indian States theme for Mega Blogging Marathon- Buffet On Table is from Tamilnadu. We in Andhra cuisine don't use drumstick leaves, I learn to cook recipes with drumstick leaves after I came to Tamilnadu. I make poriyal (dry curry) with drumstick leaves.  This dosai is a health and perfect for dinner recipe
So let's check how I made it....
 photo rd.jpg INGREDIENTS:---
Ragi flour  ---  2 cups
Rice flour  ---  4 tab sp
Sooji  ---  6 tab sp
Finely chopped drumstick leaves  ---  1 cup
Onion  -----   1 big chopped
Green chillies  ----  3 chopped
Cumin seeds  ----  1 tea sp
Sour curd  ---  1/2 cup
Sal to taste
Oil for frying
METHOD:---
1. Soak sooji in curd for half an hour then add ragi flour, rice flour cumin seeds, chopped onions, chopped green chillies, chopped drumstick leaves and add enough water to make a batter like dosa batter.
2. Heat a dosa pan  and sprinkle little oil and pour a laddle full ragi batter and spread it in to a thick circle like oothappam, sprinkle some oil in the edges and cook both sides in a medium heat till crisp both sides..
Serve hot with coconut chutney or any other chutney
I have served this ragi and drumstick leaves dosai with Tindora chutney and Cabbage and kabuli chana curry
