BROKEN WHEAT PAYASAM

Broken wheat -- 1/2 cup
Milk --- 2-3 cups
Sugar --- 1 tab sp
Catdomom powder --- 1/2 tea sp
Cashew nuts -- 10 broken
Raisins --- 10
Ghee -- 1 tea sp
Water -- 2 cups

METHOD :---
Heat ghee in a pressure cooker add broken cashew nuts and raisins fry till golden colour and remove and leave aside.
Now add broke wheat to the same ghee and fry for a while and add 1 cup milk and 2 cups of water and cook till 3 whistles.
Remove from heat and let it cool then open and add sugar ,fried cashews and raisins ,cardomom powder mix well .
Now add 2 more cups boild milk and mix well and serve hot.
I enjoyed this as a break fast with crispy tost.
You can add any other dry fruits and even fresh fruits also.
