F for Fulkopi'r Kosha - Cauliflower in a spicy masala

Kosha is one more cooking style in Bengali cuisine. Kosha means frying for long time with ground and whole masala's  in high heat. This particular style is specially used for meat and some seafood. when I came to know about this style of cooking I wanted to try this with potato. Actually that was a good choice but wanted to check if there is any recipe with this cooking style with any other vegetables. I found a recipe with cauliflower called Fulkopi'r Kosha interesting right? Fulkopi'r Kosha came out so well and it is a best side dish with Mishti Pulao or even with any simple pulao's
When I made this recipe it was a big hit, then I tried this with potato and soy chunks this is also a hit. Think every thing is in that masala and cooking style, finally the recipe sounds like kurma:) and the recipe is a bit spicy...
