Indori Poha

Today for the second day of this week I am going to present my second breakfast recipe from Madhya Pradesh. We lived in Madhya Pradesh(Khajuraho) for a year and we used to explore the nearby important places every weekend. when ever we go out for breakfast we get this poha with hot jalebi,s with chai or hot milk. There is one mithai bhandar near main temple this sweet shop  will be open at 7 '0'clock in the morning. They make every day poha, jalebi, samosa and bread rolls in the morning and kachodi, samosa and mongodi in the evening. In the beginning I didn't accept this as my breakfast but once I tried this became  a favorite breakfast to me.
So let's check the recipe for Indori poha,

Poha & an jalebi is a unique combination, isn't it? From what I have read through the marathon, it is an awesome combo and I am yet to try. Love that mug, earthenware you used to serve tea.
