My dear friend Priya passed this beautiful GOODJOB award to me thanks a ton priya and I would like to pass this award to all my fellow runners in RECIPE MARATHON

Hi friends can you all pick up the award from my blog

Urad dal - 1 cup

Beaten rice (poha or aatukulu) - 1 cup

Idli rava - 4 cups
Cooked White rice – 1 hand full

Curd - 1/4 cup ( not very sour)

Salt - to taste

Soak the urad dal 2-3 hours before soaking rava and poha
make a fine paste of urad dale with adding little water
Mix the poha and rava together and soak.
Now add cooked rice and make a rough paste of idli rava and poha
Mix the two pastes. Make it a little more thicker than normal idli batter
If the weather is cool, add the curd to the mixture and allow it to ferment overnight. If the weather is hot/humid add the curd, one hour before Add salt and mix the batter well

Prepare idlis using normal idli making procedure

Serve hot with coconut chutney or spicy tomato chutney
