Apricots are high in dietary fiber and protein,rich in vitamin A,C, very high inIron,very low in fat.Yogurt with any fruit will be very yummy Ithink
1cup--cand or dry apricots[if you are useing dry apricots you have to soak them in water for 10mins]
1cup--low fat plain yogurt
blend all ingredients in blender and serve chill.
