Sweet potatoes --- 2 medium, grated
Full cream milk ---- 4cups
Sugar --- 1/4 cup
Fresh coconut --- 1/2 cup grated
Cardamom powder ---- 1/2 tea sp
ghee ---1 tab sp
Cashew nut ---- 10 broken
Water --- 1/2 cup
Heat ghee in a pan fry cashew nuts and keep a side, in the same ghee add grated sweet potato and fry for 2 min. then add 1/2 cup water and cook till water disappears.
In the meanwhile boil mulk in a heavy bottom pan and reduce it to half.
now add sweet potato,sugar,coconut and cardamom powder and cook for 5-10 min. and remove from heat and add fried cashew nuts mix well.
Serve hot or chilled.
