CLOVER LEAF ROLLS




INGREDIENTS:----


All-purpose flour ---- 4 cups


Dry yeast ---- 2 tea sp


Warm water --- 3/4 cup


Sugar --- 3 tab sp


Warm milk --- 1 cup


Butter --- 1/4 cup


Egg --- 1 no.


Salt --- 1 tea sp


A little milk for tops


METHOD:----


Mix yeast and 1 tab sp sugar dissolve well and leave a side for 10 min. or till yeast become foamy.


Grease moffin tins,pre heat the oven.


In a big bowl mix flour,remaining sugar,butter,egg, salt and warm milk,yeast mixture and make a soft ansd sticky dough(If it is sticky do't worry let it be if you add more flour rolls will become heavy texture)


Remove from the bowl and rest it in the counter for 5-10 min.


After that knead gently for about 5 min. then transfer the dough to the big bowl cover and leave it a side for 1 hour or till double in size.


Punch down the dough then place the dough on the counter.


Make a long loaf and pinch about 11/2 inch balls roll them


now place this 3 balls in to each muffin tin. And repeat with remaining dough and cover the muffin tin with a kitchen towel and allow to rise in a warm place for 30 min.This will be depend on your kitchen tenperature.


after 30 min. bake them in a hot oven at 350 F for 15 -20 min. again this will be depend on your oven heat,( preheat the oven before) and check after 15 min. if it is not finished then keep for some more time. or till rolls become nice golden color.


Serve with any soup
