I love Experiments in cooking specialy if it is vegetarian, before i start my blog only my husband who gave comments on my cooking, and then i start my blog, some of my blogger friends every day they leave there lovely comments and my heartly thanks to all of you who are spending there value time. thank you somuch friends.Iam very much impressed with Priya s spicy swirl bread and such a creative and nice cook she is .and i like the idea for a break fast and it came out very well and we love d the idea and i made some changes we had it for break fast .Thank you so much priya such a lovely recipe.
Ingridents for bread dough:----
All purpose flour ---- 3 cups
Luke warm water ---- 1 cup
Active dry yeast ---- 2 tea sp
Salt to taste
Sugar --- 2 tab sp
Milk powder ---- 1 cup
Melted butter --- 1 tab sp
Flour for dusting
For filling:----
Cumin seeds --- 1 tea sp
Oil --- 1 tab sp
Onion chopped --- 1 small
Cabbage chopped --- 1 cup
Red bell pepper chopped --- 1 no.
Green bell pepper chopped --- 1 no.
Sweet corn kernels ---- 1/2 cup
green chilli chopped ---- 2 no.
Dry herbs -- 1/2 tea sp
Grated cheddar cheese --- 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Crush black pepper ---- 1/4 tea sp

VEGETABLE SWIRL BREAD
Mix warm water, sugar and yeast in a bowl and mix well to dissolve.Then leave a side for 5- 10 min. to turn yeast foamy.
In a other large bowl take All purpose flour, salt to taste, milk powder, melted butter,rub with hand then add the foamy yeast and make a dough.
Knead well then take this on to a floured surface and knead well for 8- 10 min.
Now bring this back to a big bowl cover and leave in a warm place to rise it will take 1 hour.
Then in the same time heat a fry pan add cumin seeds and add chopped onion, green chilies fry for few sec.
Now add chopped cabbage,red bell pepper, green bell pepper and fry for 5 min. stir in between then add sweet corn kernels, salt to taste, dry herbs, and crushed black pepper mix well and cook for 5 more min. remove from heat and leave a side to cool.
Now take the dough on a floured surface and roll in to a thick curcle and spread grated cheese then the vegetable stuffing and roll it like a mat (like swiss roll) and leave this in a greased loaf pan in a warm place till they double in size.
Now preheat the oven at 350 f. for 10 min. and brush the doubled roll with milk on top and bake it on a pre heated oven for 25-30 min. or till it turn golden color then remove from oven and leave it a side and let it cool before serving
Serve this as a break fast or a snack
